Live incarnation! A New Year Wish

Posted on December 31, 2006 by Bishop Jos Tharakan

At Christmas we celebrated the word that became flesh. God became real, human, tangible and present to human life and was active in life situations. God is no more out in the space or a place where no one can reach. This very event in history is what invites humanity to become tangible, real and present. Getting down to everyday human life, and being elevated from everyday human life therefore is a call and at the same time, the destiny of a person who believes in Christ. So rejoice! You are part of the History of Salvation!

As we end this year praising God for all what we were blessed with in the past year, let us make a commitment to live incarnation. Thus Christ will become alive and active through us all through the new year and beyond in lives and life situations.

Blessings for a new year.
Fr. Jos
