Accepting Who We Are!

Posted on February 22, 2012 by Bishop Jos Tharakan

Today we are all called to accept our nature to fail and our grace to succeed. This day reminds us that we can all grow in grace, and there is plenty of room for change. Today reminds us that we are in the company of beautiful people made of flesh and blood, just like us with feet of clay, while grace in us and them is greater than the most powerful on earth. We are all human one way or another. When we fail to recognize our humanness we fail to recognize the divine within us. When we fail to understand that we have fallen, we fail to understand we can get up and be upright in living a truthful life. When we are infallible, then we are unapproachable.
